DuraServ is looking for a Collections Account Specialist. This position will work cooperatively with other Accounting, Branch and Sales personnel and other team members to timely collect accounts receivable.

What you can expect to do

  • Collection of open accounts receivable within the area of responsibility to meet or exceed corporate goals and specified metrics
  • Identify disputed invoices and short payments promptly and communicate to respective branches for resolution
  • Evaluate, recommend and communicate credit holds to branch associates and customers when necessary
  • Maintain account portfolio and manage to company expectations and metrics
  • Review credit limits in order to establish if the limits need to be changed

Skills we are seeking

  • Minimum 5 years collections experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel)
  • GetPaid knowledge desirable
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience handling mass volume high monetary accounts
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain a professional demeanor with co-workers and customers
  • Quick learner
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision


  • High school diploma or equivalent required
