The Corporate Subcontracting Specialist will work in a collaborative environment to fulfill all internal administrative needs for the National Accounts Division. This includes performing a variety of audits and maintaining vendor documentation, as well as negotiating rates with external service providers and search and selection of vendors. To succeed in this role, you should be highly organized and be able to perform multiple tasks for different accounts simultaneously. This position is critical to the success of DuraServ.

  • Audit and maintain vendor documentation & database
  • Insurance compliance
  • Agreement collection
  • Accurate Contact Information
  • Manage the procurement of vendor services for the company
  • Search & Selection of vendors
  • Review application and contract approval
  • Evaluate data to determine proper fit of the Subcontractor for DuraServ
  • Negotiate rates with external service providers/subcontractors
  • Facilitate & Maintain relationships with subcontractors, as well as with DuraServ team members in each office
  • Communicate expectations effectively

Skills we are seeking

  • 3-5 years Administrative/Customer Service experience (required)
  • Previous Vendor/Subcontracting management is a plus
  • Commercial overhead door, dock equipment, construction industry knowledge (preferred)
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with vendors/subcontractors
  • Strategic thinking, interpersonal skills, and project management are required
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel/Access experience (preferred)
