Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join the DuraServ Marketing team. The Graphic Designer will support the creative development of visual content to provide an optimal experience for internal and external audiences. This position is located at DuraServ’s headquarters in Dallas, TX.

• Developing creative visual content for marketing, learning & development and other internal departments
• Visual storytelling, with the ability to translate a stakeholder’s vision into a visual concept
• Owning and managing every step of the design process, from concept to final deliverables
• Aligning designs with company brand standards and strategic plans
• Working independently and cooperatively on multiple design projects to meet deadlines
• Maintaining organization of visual assets for all graphic design projects

Travel Requirements:

• <5%, domestically and internationally

• 2+ years graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio of work
• Demonstrated proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
• Content Management System experience
• Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Creative eye for design with excellent time management skills
• Strong interpersonal skills to develop rapport with internal and external stakeholders

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree, Fine Arts, Communications, Media, Film or other creative relevant field
• Photography experience
