Summary of Position

We are seeking an innovative Marketing Manager to develop, lead, and advocate for DuraServ’s brand, as well as our subsidiary brands. This leadership position will direct a small team of Marketing Coordinators while managing marketing initiatives from concept to completion in all internal and external facets. This is a hybrid position: part remote and part in-office at DuraServ’s headquarters in Dallas, TX.

What you can expect to do

  • Assist in leading all aspects of the DuraServ corporate and branch brands, including brand strategy, positioning, development, and implementation.
  • Forge internal partnerships, acting as a key integrated partner who collaborates with internal stakeholders and teams to understand business objectives, messaging, and audiences, developing and executing cross-functional marketing strategies and campaigns as needed.
  • Plan, develop, and implement internal and external marketing initiatives of all sizes, such as annual marketing plans, integrated campaigns, promotions, local rebrands, etc.
  • Oversee traditional and digital media projects from concept to completion, including website redesign, ensuring UX/UI, SEO, funnel pages, functionality, analytics, etc. are executed according to business objectives and brand standards.
  • Lead a small team of Marketing Coordinators, including training, coaching and conducting performance reviews.


  • Represent the DuraServ brand to third-parties through managing vendors and agencies, overseeing all workflow, content, tracking, oversight, analytics, deliverables, etc
  • Act as a key integrated partner with sales, service and corporate teams, developing marketing communication strategies.
  • Drive brand awareness through participation at trade shows or other industry events.
  • Grow and support company culture through concepting, planning and executing corporate campaigns, programs, events and activities for employees.
  • Prepare and deliver updates and presentations to senior leadership as needed.
  • Ensure all creative and marketing assets uphold brand standards, maintain a high level of quality, feature a consistent tone and visual style, and reinforce our brand.
  • Stay apprised of current industry best practices, identifying and implementing strategies to increase brand awareness.

Skills we are seeking

  • BA/BS degree in marketing, advertising, brand management, communications, or related field. Experience in one or more of these fields in lieu of a degree will be considered.
  • 7+ years of proven marketing experience with samples of work that demonstrate strategic conceptual abilities, creative thinking, and strong communication skills.
  • 2+ years of people management experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Utility player with experience in various traditional/digital media, strategy, and deliverables, such as branding, print, video, content, web design, social media, events, etc.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage multiple, concurrent, high-visibility projects at once.
  • Big-picture thinker who also possesses an eye for detail and a commitment to quality. Able to think both strategically and tactically.
  • Self-starter with initiative and drive to produce industry-leading work with a small team.
  • Must have a desire to pursue excellence with a strong will to succeed.
  • Willingness to build knowledge of our industry and convey that knowledge to others.
  • Able to work successfully in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Able to communicate clearly and effectively in written and oral capacities, with strong presentation skills.
  • Must possess a solid command of the English language.
  • Proficiency with all MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and/or other creative software a plus.
  • Copywriting and/or design skills a plus.

Travel Requirements:
