We are looking for a National Accounts Billing Coordinator to work in our Corporate Headquarters located in Carrollton, TX (a North Dallas suburb).

The Account Coordinator will work in a collaborative environment to fulfill all internal administrative needs for the National Accounts Division. You will be working as a liaison between the local Branches, Sub-Contractors, and the National Account Customers. This includes coordinating and updating schedule dates with Branches and Sub-Contractors as well as entry of work orders. To succeed in this role, you should be highly organized and able to perform multiple tasks for different accounts simultaneously. This position is critical to the success of DuraServ. The Coordinator ensures policy compliance and provides good Customer service which increases sales and the profitability of the company.

What you can expect to do

  • Accept/Decline work orders in various Customer systems based on current criteria
  • Transfer Customer work orders into internal CRM via automation or manual entry
  • Update internal and external work orders with current status and schedule dates
  • Communicate with Customers, Branches, and Sub-Contractors through email, phone and Customer’s system(s)
  • Use discretion and trained judgement to accurately process orders and issue Sub-Contractor purchase orders
  • Maintain good working relationships with Sub-Contractors and Branches
  • Perform “on call” job duties during evenings, weekend and holidays as needed
