The Account Coordinator will work in a collaborative environment to fulfill all internal administrative needs for the National Accounts Division. You will be working as a liaison between the local Branches, Sub-Contractors, and the National Account Customers. This includes coordinating and updating schedule dates with Branches and Sub-Contractors as well as entry of work orders. To succeed in this role, you should be highly organized and able to perform multiple tasks for different accounts simultaneously. This position is critical to the success of DuraServ. The Coordinator ensures policy compliance and provides good Customer service which increases sales and the profitability of the company.

JOB SUMMARY: This position, in partnership with the VP of HR, is responsible for guiding and directing the overall provisions of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the entire company. This position is responsible for advancing short- and long-term employee relations strategy and initiatives. Specifically, this position oversees and directs all employee relations, benefits administration and diversity and inclusion initiatives for the company and assists with development of training programs. In addition, the Director is responsible for enforcing and administering federal and state employment regulations as well as corporate policies and procedures.
